simultaneous work with representatives of Ukraine who are in the territory of the EU and have an active civic and social position, the purpose of cooperation is to conduct cultural and educational activities to form awareness among EU citizens of the understanding of the sustainable statement that Ukraine is an integral full-fledged part of the EU, Ukrainians are Europeans. The purpose of cooperation is also to form and popularize public associations for Ukrainian migrants, the goal of which will be to preserve national self-identification among migrants and their children, popularize Ukrainian national culture and preserve ethnic values in the minds of people.
is that, taking into account the historical circumstances of Ukraine's stay in the communist Soviet Union and, as a result, the formation of a corresponding collective consciousness, where responsibility for the development and living conditions of a person was conditionally transferred to the state, which in turn was not interested in the self-development of a person and his consciousness to the European level, suppressing any attempts of those wishing to move in this direction of democracy and freedom. As well as the presence in power for more than 27 years, since the country's independence, of politicians who systematically continued to act more in their own interests than in the interests of citizens, all this led to a significant distancing of the interaction of a citizen, as a conscious member of society, and the state as a guarantor of those desired by the citizen realization of European rights and freedoms. As a result, the mentality of the average citizen of Ukraine is somewhat different from the average citizen of the EU and this should be perceived as an obvious fact in accordance with the historical past. Understanding this and having the relevant research results that could be obtained through testing Ukrainians who currently live in the EU due to the war, it becomes obvious that for a more

rapid integration of Ukraine into the EU, it is necessary to primarily address the issue of changing the collective model of thinking to a new, modern-European one. This should cause changes in public consciousness and begin to form new relations between a citizen and his own state, creating partnerships where everyone is interested in this partnership and supports the other. Where a citizen begins to understand his own responsibility in building a new European country, feeling his belonging to a full-fledged European community in the form of the EU, understanding what this gives him now and in the future. Thus, we strive to spread among Ukrainians a new model of thinking for most people, according to which everyone must take responsibility for qualitative changes in their lives, realizing that only in this way can society develop rapidly, moving towards the EU, while understanding that each of us is equally responsible for the integration process together with the state of Ukraine itself. This allows us to strengthen our national and ethnic identity, feel great motivation and move collectively towards development, feeling our significance in this process every day. For the progressive transformation of the collective consciousness of the Ukrainian population, it is necessary to create and consolidate in the imagination a holistic image of a new Ukrainian-European. This should be a new desired example for citizens, which will create a vision of the ultimate goal of national and personal changes for everyone, while having inspiring and motivating qualities, and will arouse general sympathy and trust. In this case, under the image we do not mean one specific person, but a set of traits and qualities that will be associated in people with the desired European affiliation. The project involves the creation of a simultaneous image of a Ukrainian as a full-fledged member of the EU, which with each mention will evoke in the imagination a positive motivating expanded image of both the person and the EU itself. In the future, the dissemination of information about the simultaneous image through influencers, media, social networks and other contact groups mentioned above will form a new vector of self-awareness of the Ukrainian population as an equal member of the EU with an understanding of what he needs to do personally with himself to correspond to this image.
